Cider House Vendor Agreements
To sign up for our Vendor Antique shows, please click the Vendor Agreement button below.
Step 1) Click the Vendor Agreement link below and Download the form to your computer and open it. (Helpful Tip) Download to your computer’s desktop to easily find the file.
Step 2) Fill it out the PDF completely and type your full name and date at the bottom of the form.
Step 3)IMPORTANT - After completing the form, save the form as your full First and Last name to your computer. This will save all the information you added directly to the agreement.
Step 4) Open a new email and attach the newly saved form and send it to the following: email: info@ciderhousecampground.com
Once you have sent your signed and dated form by email, Please mail a check for the deposit to the following address:
Ciderhouse Showfield P.O. Box 225 Bouckville, NY 13310.
**If paid by Credit Card, there will be an additional (3 1/2) percent additional fee added.**
