Pricing for 2026 RV Sites:

Limited space available for Winter time RV camping with full hook-up.

There is an additional $5 Energy Fee per Day*

All rates are subject to a 4 percent Madison County bed tax

(Pet Fee $10 per pet up to two pets and proof of recent shots before renting.)

Rustic Cabin Rentals:

• Our seven rustic cabins are a great little get away and include a fire pit and picnic table. Cabins comfortably sleep two. Each unit has Electric, A/C and a Flat Screen TV.

• Our Premier Cabin “Vermont” sleeps four people.

• Bathrooms and showers are nearby.

• Cabins start at $75 per night (*Two night Minimum*).

• Single night available upon special request. Call for pricing: 315-825-8477

  Linens will be provided.

• A $20 cleaning fee per stay; applies for rustic cabin rentals.

• *There is an additional $5 Energy Fee per Day*

• *Note* Pets are not permitted in Cabins.

Rent one of our on site 5th wheels.  A 30 amp site including a picnic table and fire ring.

$105 per night (two night minimum), $630 (7 Nights), $1,275 Monthly Rate. $4,850 Seasonal Rate.
